How hard is it to hook a low shot kit up? I'm 4x4 and not interested in racing but could always use that little extra boost so to speak. What all would i have to change and/or add? What would be a safe amount to shoot without doing any internal mods to crank, rods, pistons, etc. etc.? Are you guys running wet or dry kits?

A wet kit is safer from what I hear for bigger shots, but their isn't anything wrong with a dry shot at about a 50 shot or less. There is a Tundra guy who runs a dry 50 shot all the time with all stock internals. I say get a 50 dry shot, anyhthing above that, then I would get a wet kit and swap out your sprak plugs for a 1 step colder Iridium plug. I have to swap my plugs out, but I will be hitting a 100 shot occasionally, but only after 3500 RPMS....I'll keep it down to 25-50 under 3000 RPMS
