Is your truck still covered under warranty? Having the dealership replace it might be the best route.

I know what you mean. I had the same issue with my old car and the dealership just replaced the whole seatbelt assembly under warranty.
It looks doable as a DIY

if it's the female buckle, go get it changed under warranty. Had mine done. Nothing else should get broken in the process... it's 1 bolt for christsake. If it's the retractor, take a peice of wire and scrape the crap off of the anchor on the pillar that the seatbelt slides through. Then you can put a peice of special tape on it to make it retract like glass.

same prob I had, took it in, they ordered part, came back in next week, waited 15min, new part installed, car washed, on my way, zero dollars, my seatbelt works super now.

If it's not a salvage title seatbelts should be lifetime or at least 10years. Unless you have a 2000 titan you should be good. PM me your vin# and I can run it for you at work tomorrow.

Check with the warranty admin. Seat belts should be covered for the life of the vehicle. Clean the d-ring on the b pillar

OK. Here is the warranty info for seat belts including the buckle. It will cover a manufactures failed part. Nissan will not cover a damaged part ie; coke spilled in the female end for example
