Power Steering hose leak....

I have had this hose replaced twice under warrantee. It continues to leak oil.. The hose itself is $212 at the dealership..... Not including labor... I pumped out my P/S tank and put 1/2 of the Lucas stuff in.. Drove it a couple a hundred miles then pumped out enough P/S oil to put the rest of the Lucas in.. 500 miles later .................. no more leak!.. I will keep an eye on it though. I know Honeykeeper (ts, tt, ct) sourced out a guy that makes superior hoses for this app but until that comes to fruition this will have to suffice....... :smt003

So far very pleased with this stuff,..... Normally I would pull my pan to change my oil and find a big puddle of PS fluid on it..... Not now.... :waytogo:

i've used that stuff in the past and had success, it's always best to repair the problem... but I can't knock it. It works. BTW if you need that hose, nissaparts2u.com is 20% off of MSRP from a Nissan Dealer in town.
