Just got back from the Dr's office for my follow up after the Sydesmotic Screw removal (4 wks ago) and mobility, flexibility, strength, tendon adhesion, blah blah blah, all looked well enough that I've got a Return To Work date of March 1st! This all stemmed from a Dislocated Ankle (L), shattered fibula, and broken tibia (4 places). All of which happened on Oct 21st last year, which resulted in surgery on Oct 28th. I just started walking on the foot again Jan 12th.
The Doctor had cleared me three wks ago to start some working out (pain limited), and today cleared me to start walking again for extended distances to build up strength and stamina for the return to work. :peace:
