How to Remove rear door panel

I want to replace a blown rear door speaker on my Nissan Titan King Cab. I already purchased a new speaker, but don't know where to start from. Does anyone know how to get the panel off and install the new speakers. I am not good with Titan audio and electronics, so any step by step instruction will be much helpful. Looking forward to hear from your side.
